The “MSI After Hours: Wired to Wear” event at the Museum of Science and Industry (M.S.I.) will be on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Visirors will explore the temporary exhibit Wired to Wear™; observe a live recording of W.B.E.Z.’s Nerdette podcast that will feature hostesses Tricia Bobeda and Greta Johnsen interviewing guests whose works are displayed in the exhibit; and experiment with conductive tattoos that light up on one’s skin and bracelets that translate dance moves into music. This is a chance to see the technology that underlies the costumes in Cirque du Soleil’s show VOLTA, which will open May 18th under the Big Top at Soldier Field in Burnham Park.
A $30 ticket covers free parking in the underground garage, coat check, a complimentary drink, light snacks, and access to certain exhibits. A cash bar will also be available. One must be an adult twenty-one years of age or older to attend this event. Tickets are non-refundable. If one has a question, one should e-mail email@example.com. Click here to purchase tickets.
