EVOLVE 2019, presented by the Field Associates, will be at The Field Museum of Natural History on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. This event for adults (twenty-one-years-of-age-and-over) will feature live music, dancing, cocktails and appetizers from local restaurants, photo ops in Stanley Field Hall, an up-close look at The Field Museum’s collections, and a chance to explore the temporary exhibit Wildlife Photographer of the Year. The local restaurants that will be preparing food and beverages are Chicago taco Authority, Upton’s Naturals, Molly’s Cupcakes – Lincoln Park, Gaylord Indian Cuisine, Magnaolia Bakery, Limelight Catering, Ashyana Catering, Begyle Brewing, Revolution Brewing, Maplewood Brewery & Distillery, and Temperance Beer Company.
