“This is the Last Kids’ Free Day at Brookfield Zoo,” by S.M. O’Connor

Today, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 is the last of three Kids’ Free Days at Brookfield Zoo, presented by AMITA Health and Groupon.  Children ages eleven and under receive free admission.  There is still time to see Brick Safari, presented by Metro™ by T-Mobile, which features over forty live-size animal sculptures comprised of 1,600,000 individual LEGO® bricks.  Also, Snowflake, the Brookfield Zoo’s albino alligator, will be returning to Florida in the near future.  Further, the Butterflies! Habitat will close on September 2nd.   The Brookfield Zoo is open today from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Admission for adults is $21.95 and $15.95 for senior citizens sixty-five-and-over.  Parking is $14.
